Fattoria Uccelleria
This family run vineyard is in a spectacular setting in Fauglia, south of Pisa. The grounds are a nature reserve with many wild animals including deer and boar, and every year the wine bottle labels have photos of the many birds in the area. Fattoria Uccelliera produces many high quality products including red and white wine, grappa, Vin Santo, spumante, olive oil, amaro, and 3 types of honey. It is also possible to stay on the land in one of the many beautifully restored farmhouses.
It is also possible to do wine tastings including grappa, brandy, spumante, vin santo, amaro, various types of honey, and olive oil.
